In operation since 1821, the estate was taken over in 2018 by Emmanuel and Mana Martin who immediately initiated the conversion of the entire estate to organic farming, which was completed with the 2022 vintage. The range has expanded to include a wine with no added sulphites, a quirky rosé, a cuvée matured in amphora and a wine with a resolutely gastronomic identity, in addition to its traditional Cru Bourgeois, Château La Gorce, a must in the Médoc appellation.
