Created in 1937, the cellar of Saint-Chinian is a cooperative located in the heart of the eponymous village. It is led by men anxious to pool their strengths and know-how. A main player in social life, it now has 100 member winegrowers, all working daily with passion and tenacity to make their cellar one of the most famous in France.
