Founded in 1851 in Saumur by Etienne Bouvet and his wife Célestine Ladubay, Bouvet Ladubay is today the 1st producer of Méthode Traditionnelle Sparkling Wine in Saumur and France's most awarded (beyond Champagne) for the quality of its Cuvées. Currently run by the 4th generation of the family, Juliette Monmousseau, Bouvet Ladubay is exported within 45 countries. The house sources its grapes from about 90 growers around Saumur, all procurements being under sustainable viticulture.
