Kiméride

Produced in limited quantities, Kiméride is a parcel selection from our Kimmeridgian terroirs (fossilized limestone such as ammonites, small oysters...). This terroir produces a very structured, full-bodied Sauvignon with a great length on the palate. Only produced with the best vintages.
