Château La Calisse - Patricia Ortelli

Pellicular maceration for 4 to 6 hours. Vinification at low temperature and slow fermentation. The wines remain on fine lees throughout the winter in order to acquire expression and roundness. Aromas of yellow peach, pears and guava. Mango on the palate with a lemony finish.
