Gris de mes envies

Very pale in color, the nose explodes in bouquets of fresh flowers. The palate is delicate, fluid and crystalline, very refreshing, in contrast to a vinous rosé. It is supported by a natural pearl, a vestige of the fermentation of this real fruit basket.
