Terroir : Schist Grapes Varieties : Syrah, Old Grenache, Old Carignan Tasting : Deep, mineral and fruity, with a touch of vanilla. In the mouth it gives an immediate sense of freshness, followed by nuances of toast and of cocoa, of fruits like redcurrants; the tannins are faint and subtle.
