VINIFICATION : The harvest is sorted and destemmed. Fermentation in vats and aging for 12 months in oak barrels. Fine on the nose with hints of vanilla and ripe red fruit. The palate is supple and round in attack, beautiful structure and spicy finish. To be consumed at 16/18 degrees.
