An elegant wine with a red colour and hints of the garrigue and spicy black berries with a discreet hint of liquorice. Full -bodied and smooth ,a blend of Syrah and Grenache. This wine expresses all aromatic complexity of the estate's favourite terroir on poor clay -limestone soil. Year of planting 2001.This wine goes well with red meat ,withe meat ,poultry and pasta.
