Skin maceration for 6 hrs and pressing. Alcoholic fermentation from 13 to 15 °C.
Colour: Peach.
Nose: Fresh and fruity scents of violet and jasmine as well as vine peach, litchi and mango.
Palate: Rose petals, blood orange and summer fruits.Velvety wine with very nice length. A gastronomic wine.
Food pairings: Sea bream à la provençale, roast duck breast with cherry compote, grape-stuffed quail & salmon à l’unilatéral (cooked on one side).
