Iris - Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte - 2023

This wine is a blend of Malbec, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, representing all the terroirs of the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte in red. It is greedy, fruity, spicy and structured. Intense purple colour with youthful highlights. Pleasant nose combining red berries, spices, violets and a touch of liquorice. Full-bodied, taut and rich on the palate, with exuberant young fragrances and fine precision. Still firm, a lovely, straightforward wine.
