Pomone

The aromas are fresh and delicate, with notes of persimmon, quince, pumpkin and bitter orange, evolving towards white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear. The tannins are very supple, long and fresh. The palate has aromas of curry, coriander and pretty mineral notes.
