This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow and bright in color. The vines provide a complex wine on the nose, aromatic and mineral. Ripe fruits and citrus aromas, very subtle and delicate on the palate. Serve chilled on its own or with appetizers, smoked meats and fishes, with seafood or goat cheeses.
