The Domaine de Vauroux was created in 1956 by the Tricon family.
Located on the heights of Chablis, the winery now has nearly 50 hectares of vines.
Subsequently, Olivier Tricon founded his second entity: Maison Olivier Tricon.

The experience of Maison Olivier Tricon comes from deep roots in the vineyard. Making a good wine starts in the vineyard: our vines are managed using sustainable agriculture methods with a deep respect for the environment. The Chardonnay grape variety experiences here, in this stony ground, difficult growing conditions, which thus gives rise to small yields and a strong concentration of flavours.
