Radiant, sun-drenched vineyards stretch for 200 kilometers across the departments of Var, Bouches-du-Rhône and part of Alpes-Maritimes. More than a dozen grape varieties, or types of grape, are used to make Provence wines. Blending is a very old winemaking tradition in Provence. 3 AOPs are represented on this territory: Côtes de Provence, Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and Côteaux Varois en Provence.
