Domaine Bosc Long is located in the Gaillac wine region, northeast ofToulouse and covers 55 ha with vines. Main white varieties are Sauvignon blanc, Muscadelle, Chardonnay and the regional Len de Lel and Mauzac. The mix of red wines consists of the Cabernet related Braucol, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, Duras and Prunelard as a supplement for red wine cuvees. The red wines are produced in classic mash fermentation, the fruity white wines and roses are pressed after a short extraction.
