Located in the wine route of Alsace, the winery Jean-Baptiste Adam is one of the oldest family estates from Alsace. Fifteen generation of gourmets and vintners have been engraving their history in the walls of the estate established in 1614 at Ammerschwihr. Since 2003, the vineyards are grown in organic and biodynamic certified AB and Demeter. Jean Baptiste and Laure, make wine that reflect the high expression of the terroir, as is the case with the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf.
