Harvest at night; skin maceration, pressure by pneumatic press machine, cold settling. The fermentation is made in stainless steel tank during 20 days approx. with controlled temperature between 16 and 18°C. Wine is aged on lees during a few months before fining and bottling.

Beautiful intense yellow colour with golden highlights. A great aromatic complexity: peach, apricot, exotic fruits and notes of grilled almonds. Same fruity aromas in the mouth, with a fresh and frank attack, good density and good length.
