We present you this year the Cuvée OGMIUS Saumur Rosé Extra-Brut Vintage 2019.
After more than 6 months of aging in oak barrels, the cuvée was bottled for the second fermentation following the traditional method. In the same way, 3852 magnums were bottled in 2020, after nearly 30 months of aging.
