Mosaic schist terroir in Saint-Paul de Fenouillet, Haute Vallée de L'Agly. "Vinification Intégrale": The grapes are destemmed and placed in 10 HL rotating casks. Maceration lasts 5 weeks, after which it is emptied and pressed. The wine completes fermentation in this barrel. Aged for 12 months.
