Terroir of alluvial marl on Montescot. "Vinification Intégrale": The grapes are placed in 300-liter barrels. Maceration lasts 4 weeks, then each barrel is emptied and pressed. The wine is then put back into the same barrels to complete fermentation, and aged for 12 months.
