Cote 136 Pech Cezarine Syrah

NAmed for the average altitude of the vineyard plot, this syrah is from old vines at Chateau Cazal viel. We blend it with 20% grenache which gives red fruits and characteristic spice. Very light punch-down and aged for several months in old oak.
