Grapes varietal : 90% Mauzac, 5% Chenin, 5% Chardonnay Tasting notes : brilliant pale yellow with a steady bubble. The nose is elegant with green apple, white fruit, spring flowers and honeyed aromas. Well-balanced and a fresh flavour in mouth, with a long elegant finish.
