Amfora Pet'Nat' Orange

AMFÒRA - Pet'Nat' natural method, without disgorgement or filtration. Maceration and vinification in amphora. Orange colour with amber highlights. Intense aromas of citrus fruit, lychee and candied lemon on the nose, with a fine minerality that lightens the palate. On the palate, surprising notes of aniseed, ginger and coriander seeds. The finish is very delicate, fresh, smooth and brioche-like. Explosive in its aroma, its twirling bubbles and its light mousse.
