Château La Mascaronne Grand Réserve Rouge

"Restanques" and "Coteaux" are the parcels of the estate dedicated to the production of Grande Réserve Red. They benefit from the most beautiful solar exposures of the property, allowing for optimal grape maturation. This wine is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Handpicked in the cool of dawn, the grapes are aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and selected barrel by barrel during the blending. Made only in exceptional years, it can be stored in the cellar for about ten years.
