Chardonnay 60%, Savagnin 40%.
Destemming, pressing, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Savagnin is aged for 3 years under flor in oak barrels. Chardonnay is aged in stainless steel tanks. The two grape varieties are then blended.
