A pretty pale gold with an enticing nose of citrus and white fleshed fruit (pear ...). It presents a fresh, fat and fruity taste. Quite strong at first, it remains lively, expressing the aromas.
Best served between 8 and 12°C.
Well-balanced, it is superb on its own at aperitif or with a wide range of seafood and exotic fruit-based desserts.
To be drunk within two years.
