Château de Ciffre Terroirs d'Altitude

A gem in AOP Faugères! The schist soils cling to the foothills of the Pic de la Coquillade, which rises to 650 metres. The hillside vines benefit from cool nights that allow gentle ripening and the most elegant expression of aromas. Harvesting is done parcel by parcel from the oldest Grenache and Syrah vines.
