The plots of Champ de Fleuret are located near Lussac, around the Abbaye de Faise, built in 1137. In addition to their work in the vineyard, the monks of the Abbey welcomed pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. The wine displays a deep red colour. The nose reveals vibrant black fruit with subtle oak. On the palate, the attack is fresh, carried by a well-defined texture. The finish is straight and lively, highlighting the purity of the fruit.
