This fresh and aromatic rosé is vinified at low-temperature ( fermentation at 14 °C) in concrete tanks, allowing the pure expression of the fruit to be preserved. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh red berries - strawberry and raspberry enhanced by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is round and gourmand, carried by a lovely freshness on the finish.
