Pouilly-Fuissé undergoes careful winemaking and rigorous selection of the cuvées. Part of the cuvée is aged in barrels for 12 months before being blended with the rest for an additional 6 months of aging in vats. A dry wine with delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus, evolving into notes of hazelnut, almond, then vanilla or gunflint during aging. The palate remains elegant, supported by a beautiful freshness linked to the wine's minerality.
