Chablis Vieilles Vignes Les Malantes

Chablis Vieilles Vignes Les Malantes comes from a site with an exposure and soil structure comparable to certain Premier Cru vineyards. The 50-year-old vines are planted on predominantly limestone soils with a clay component. Aged in large oak foudres, the wine develops structure without dominant oak influence. The nose shows white fruit, citrus, chalky minerality and saline notes.
