Established by Hippolyte Boudau in 1922, Véronique and Pierre Boudau are the third generation .
A southern wine-growing area (the most southerly in France) on the Mediterranean coast a few kilometres from the Spanish border, Roussillon benefits from outstanding climatic conditions and terroir. In 2017 we made the decision to turn our whole operation over to organic agriculture. We make a rich and fresh well balanced range of highly complex wines based on absolute respect for our terroir;
