Pale straw yellow colour with a brilliant sheen. Elegant nose with notes of orange blossom, Williams pear, lemon and beeswax. Lively on the palate with a full, satiny mouthfeel and excellent length.

100% Malvoisie, this old forgotten indigenous grape variety is honoured in our Pure Souche cuvée. Long forgotten, Malvoisie was replanted here in 2010. Here, we wanted to reveal all its secrets: its unique aroma, its acidity, its finesse. Renowned for its ageing potential, it will keep well in your cellar for several years. It is the perfect accompaniment to the most refined dishes: smoked salmon, lobster, scallops or festive poultry.
