Since the first vintage in 2013, the estate has grown from 43 ares of white and red Burgundy to a 250-hectare mixed farm with thirty parcels of vines in Côte d’Or and Beaujolais, as well as meadows, pastures, woodland and arable crops.
The estate’s aim is to become a benchmark in sustainable agronomy.
