Pommard 1er Cru Clos des Poutures

One of the most emblematic wines of the estate. IIt is a terroir with a singular personality, totally the opposite of the cliché of a Pommard. This image of rustic and masculine wines is totally reversed by the elegance and finesse of Clos des Poutures. A light colour that I like to keep. My philosophy is to reveal the terroir and not to go against its personality. This disruptive side makes it one of my favourite wines.
