This 100% Malbec, from brown-clay and limestone soils, features 40-year-old vines at 4,500 feet/ha, yielding 30 hl/ha. Fermented with indigenous yeast in separate concrete tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in a 30 HL foudre occurs in spring, followed by 12 months' aging. AOC Cahors.
