The Château de Berne cuvée represents the quintessence of the estate’s elegant and flavorful white wine. The focus is on fruit expression and freshness on the palate. Night harvesting with grape sorting, followed by direct pressing (with a few hours of maceration depending on the parcel), ensures the selection of the finest juices (first presses and heart of the press).
