Chablis Premier Cru Vaillon

This terroir, rich in ferric ions, yields a fruity wine with a lovely texture. The spicy notes on the palate become increasingly apparent with age, as this is still a young wine. It is a true Vaillon, originating from the historic lands of the Lords of Noyers. Rich, round, and mineral vintage. Pair it with Mediterranean fish or spicy cuisine, and especially with most Asian dishes.
