A rare gem of Chablis! The smallest appellation in Chablis by surface area, of which we are one of five owners. Perched atop its hill. Planted in 1960, this vine yields a near-mythical wine of exceptional sensuality. Rich, round, and delicately aromatic, with a silky structure. It is splendid with Oscietra caviar, lobster, or simply as an aperitif.
