A magnificent vineyard of contrasting landscapes, nestled on the southern and south-eastern slopes of the Larzac plateau. The arid limestone soils of this raw, generous land lend minerality and aromatic complexity to the wines of this very young Protected Designation of Origin, created in 2014.
