Château Capitoul, with its precious stone and pebble-strewn Mediterranean vineyard, is like a diamond in the rough set in the rolling hills of La Clape. With 62 ha of vineyards at the end of the massif of La Clape, its terroir is the most maritime of the appellation. Its vineyard goes back to the 14th century, when it was exploited by the Cathedral of Narbonne, which gave its name to the Château.
