Château Cazeau, built around a 16th-century chartreuse in Gornac, spans 300 ha of clay-limestone hillsides. Its 35-year-old vines are grown with traditional, eco-friendly methods, and the modern vat house ensures high-quality wines. The Crémant shows pale gold color, fine bubbles, citrus and acacia notes, with a long fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif with smoked salmon, shellfish or desserts, served at 8°C.
