Bouvet Saphir Saumur Brut Vintage

The Saphir Cuvée is a "High-Resolution" Saumur Brut. Pale gold colour, slightly amber, fine bubbles. This wine has a beautiful mousse and is limpid and crystalline. Fruity nose, fresh honey. Good persistence. Very fresh, racy, balanced wine with finesse. An intense yellow colour with hints of gold. Aromas of ripe fruit, dominated by peaches and apricots, followed by flowers including the lime blossom characteristic of Chenin and the acacia typical of Chardonnay.
