The vines are planted on stony soils with excellent southern exposure. Harvesting takes place at moderate ripeness, followed by a short period of skin maceration at low temperature. Fermentation occurs at between 55°F and 61°F. The nose is typical of Viognier with pronounced notes. The attack is frank with good fullness on the palate and a balanced finish. Perfect for summer aperitifs, accompanied by Asian grilled meats or white meat in sauce.
