Trellised vines, average age 15 years, pruned using the Guyot method. Harvesting takes place at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Bright, light salmon color. Floral and spicy on the nose. A real sensation of lightness, thanks to its 10% alcohol content. Refreshing. Pairs very well with summer barbecues, as an aperitif, or with Asian cuisine (sushi, curry, and other exotic spices).
