AOP Coteaux du Layon Moulin Touchais

Moulin Touchais (1787) is one of the oldest and most traditional wine estates in Anjou. Its reputation is built upon ancestral methods employed both in the vineyard and the cellar to craft great, age-worthy sweet wines with 10 years minimum of keeping before bottling. Today, the domaine is one of the few (or maybe the only one!) to offer such a wide range of vintages, which are often 30 to 40 years old, or even older. The vintage 2016 is the the youngest vintage.
