AOP Sancerre Blanc Huteau Boulanger

Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon blanc. Soil: Kimmeridgian clay limestone ("Terres blanches") and limestone ("Caillottes"). Winemaking process: Direct pressing, settling, 48-hour cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation, ageing on fine lees. Eye: Pale gold color. Nose: Floral and fruity (citrus) aromas. Palate: Exotic aromas of passion fruit and ripe fruit achieve elegance and harmony. A fine wine with good length on the palate.
