Infini de Schiste

After maturing in oak barrels, the tannins gain in patina and the aro-mas of black fruits, liquorice and garrigue are magnified by notes of brown tobacco and a fine toasted. This wine delivers the quintessence of schists: the four elements are sublimated in a fifth, to the Infinite. The quintessence of the Roquebrun terroir, "Infini de Schiste" will be perfect with a farm poultry cooked in hay.
