Harvest by night for freshness of the aromas. Direct pressing, cold settling, long fermentation at low temperature, for a full expression of the fruit. Aging in stainless steel vats in
an insulated and air-conditioned cellar. On a basis of White Grenache with a vel-vety texture, Roussanne brings aromas of verbena, blue flowers (hyacinth and lilac). A pleasure wine, for convivial moments, for the aperifit or with poultry and white meats in creamy sauce.
